To set up a Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) for rent payments, make sure you have the following:
Valid Lease Agreement: Please have a lease agreement that confirms your rental terms with your landlord or property management company. If your previous lease has expired and you’re now on a month-to-month basis, that’s fine—we just need it to confirm your payment details.
Landlord/Property Management Name: Use the exact name as shown on your bank statement to avoid processing issues.
Choose PAD as Payment Method: Select "PAD" during onboarding to enable automatic payments.
Complete Setup 8 Days Before Rent Due: Finish setup at least 8 business days before your rent due date to allow for processing time.
