Failures in linking or changes to payment may delay or prevent referral bonuses from being recorded. For instance, referrals may not be tracked properly if the sign-up session is interrupted (e.g., page closed, or process not completed immediately). To avoid such issues, complete the sign-up process in one session.


2. How to Redeem Referral Bonuses

After earning a referral bonus, it can typically be redeemed through the Referrals page in your Chexy account. Follow these steps to make use of your balance:

  1. Log in to your Chexy account.

  2. Go to the "Referrals" page.

  3. Apply the referral reward to your upcoming recurring payment.

Note: If you have already been charged for an upcoming payment, the rewards credit will be applied to a future charge of that payment.
