It is not currently possible for you to switch between Interac e-Transfer, Pre-Authorized Debit, and Bill Pay from your Chexy dashboard, however, if you would like to switch payment methods our team would be happy to help you make any necessary changes.

Please email our team at support@chexy.co and outline the switch you would like to make and one of our platform experts will assist you ASAP!

Please note that the switch may take up to 3 business days to complete, so plan ahead if you'd like it in place before your next payment.

*Due to Canadian Financial compliance regulations, Rent payout methods cannot be changed once your payment has been successfully charged.
