To redeem your referral or cashback credit, follow these steps:
Click on "Referrals" in the main menu.
Your credit balance will be displayed with a "Redeem" button.
Click "Redeem" and choose the amount to apply to your next recurring type payment.
How Redemption Works
The redeemed amount will be applied to the next card charge scheduled in Chexy.
Note
Referral balances were previously called "Rent Cashback" at Chexy.
All credits can only be redeemed towards recurring type payments, not one-time payments.
