We currently do not support changing the payment method once you have selected Interac e-Transfer, PAD, or Bill Pay.
To switch to a different payment method, you must pause the current payment and create a new one with the desired method.
How to Change Your Payment Method
- From the Dashboard, click on the recurring payment you wish to pause. 
- On the Recurring Payment Details page, click "Pause." 
- If you want to permanently delete the old payment, click "More", then select "Archive Payment." - ⚠️ Note: Archiving the payment will delete all transaction history associated with it. 
 
- Click "New Recurring Payment" on the Dashboard and set up the same payment again, but with a different payment method. 
Once your new payment is active, you’re all set! ✅
