If you've moved or are in the process of moving, the easiest way to update your payments is to pause your current rent subscription after all scheduled payments have been completed. Then, set up a new recurring payment with your updated address.
Steps to Update Your Payment
After making your last payment to your old address, go to the Dashboard and click on the recurring payment you wish to stop.
Click "Pause" to ensure no further payments are made.
If you want to permanently delete the old payment, click "More", then select "Delete Payment."
⚠️ Note: Deleting the payment will delete all transaction history associated with it so we recommend just pausing your old payment instead.
Click "New Recurring Payment" on the Dashboard and set up a new rent payment with your updated address.
Once your new payment is active, you're all set! ✅
