We require 4 business days between your successful rent payment to Chexy and your scheduled Rent Day in order to allow sufficient time for the funds to settle.

Payments are processed every morning at 4 am EST and Rent Payments are issued to landlords at 12 pm EST on your scheduled Rent Day.

For example, if you were to activate your account on February 26th, 2024 you could have your first payment processed as early as 4 am on February 27th and schedule your first rent payment to be sent to your landlord at 12 pm on March 1st, 2024.

Keep in mind that weekends are not considered business days. For example, if you were to activate your Chexy account on January 25th, 2024, your first payment could be charged as early as January 26th at 4 am and the earliest date that payment could be sent to your landlord would be 12 pm on January 31st.

Please also be aware of any relevant banking holidays which also affect scheduled processing times. If you were to activate your account on June 31st, 2024 the earliest your landlord could be paid would be July 5th, 2024 as Monday, July 1st is a Bank Holiday.
