Yes! You can use Chexy to pay for multiple properties however, you will need to abide by the following rules:

1) Your combined rent amongst your multiple properties must be less than or equal to 10K due to our Company Policy.
​
2) One user account can only pay for one property. Therefore, for each property, you will have to create an individual account using different email addresses for each.
​
3) This process will need to be manually approved by our Compliance Team. Upon creating your multiple accounts, you will have to contact Chexy Support to provide an official signed Lease/Rent Document for each property.

​(NB: There is a possibility your account can be flagged automatically by our system upon creating your 2nd/multiple account, this is completely normal -- do send us a Support Ticket describing your situation together with supporting documents (your signed leases/rent agreements) and we will be happy to resolve such for you)
