If you are moving to a new location and would like to update your rental details to continue to pay your rent with Chexy you can use our "I'm moving" onboarding workflow to do so. Please sign into your dashboard at app.chexy.co and select
settings > rental terms > address

**Please be aware that selecting "I'm moving" will automatically cancel your current subscription and erase your current account details so be sure you are finished paying rent at your current address and are ready to proceed before selecting "I'm sure" to continue changing your account details.
Note: When you move and update your address using our "I'm moving" feature, your current subscription, including Credit Builder, will be automatically canceled. This means your rent payments will no longer be reported to Equifax for your previous address.
