How do I know if my e-Transfer has been deposited?

Once your rent is successfully deposited by your landlord, you will receive an automatic email confirmation from Chexy that your rent has been deposited.

You can also log in to your dashboard and view the status of your rent payment.

If your landlord has Interac auto-deposit enabled, your rent will have been deposited as soon as the E-transfer is received. If Interac auto-deposit is not enabled, your landlord will need to manually deposit the E-transfer using a security question/answer. Please visit this article here to find out more.
