How to change/set your Interac e-transfer memo

We include a custom memo in your rent E-transfer from Interac each month to ensure your landlord knows the rent payment has been issued on your behalf.

The memo must be between 1 and 130 characters in length and can be set to include whatever details you would like.

To update your custom memo, simply ensure you're signed in to your Chexy account and click this link. Alternatively, you can make changes by clicking "edit" next to your household details on your Chexy dashboard.

If no custom memo has been set, your memo will default to your address.
