If you have missed your failed payment resolution window, you can change your Rent Due Date via your User Dashboard here.

Please note, you can only change your Rent Due Date once per month. Therefore, you run the risk of not being able to change your Rent Due Date back to its original date on time for your next month’s rent.

If you still opt to do this, please be aware that due to Fund Settlement Requirements, we charge users 4 business days before their rent payment is to be sent. In other words, the earliest you will be able to pay your rent is 4 business days later. To learn more about our Fund Settlement Requirements, please see here.
