Open the Choco App on your phone and go to the Chats tab.
Go to the chat with the customer.
Once you're inside the chat, click on Go to customer data.
On the customer details page, you’ll see the Customer Team and Your Team.
To view a customer's contact details, simply click on their name, and you will see their phone number and email address.
To add a new customer user, click Add Contact and fill out the fields.
