Here's how to set up email addresses for no-show and check-in alerts

Late Alerts Go to the Job Zone Supervisor

Get email alerts when employees are late to scheduled shifts or at every check-in and check-out. **Alerts go to the supervisor over the job zone. If the schedule you create is for a job in zone 1000, then a no-show alert will go to the supervisor over zone 1000 as shown at List Maintenance, Zones.

Set Up the Email Address for the Late Alerts

Next, be sure that the email address for each zone supervisor is set up at Communications, Alert Set Up. It's that simple. ​

Sending the Same Alerts to More Than One Person?

If you want more than one person to receive the same alerts, add another email address after the first in the same field and use a semi-colon to separate them. Be sure to save.

Special Note About Alerts

**All no-show alerts go to the Zone supervisor over the job. For check-in, check-out alerts, the following rules apply:

  • Check-in, check-out alerts for employees clocking in on the app go to the job zone supervisor.

  • Check-in, check-out alerts for employees clocking in by phone call go to the employee zone supervisor.
