This article will explain how to quickly and easily add new employees to your Chronotek account.

How to Add New Employees (Step by Step Instructions)

  1. Go to Workforce Dashboard.

  2. Click on "Quick Add".

  3. Enter info/make selections in the 4 fields:

  • Employee name

  • Level (Employee or Supervisor)

  • Clock-in method (Mobile app or Call-in)

  • Invitation delivery method: email address.

ย  ย 4. Click "Add".
ย  ย 5. When you are ready to send the invitations, click "Send Invitations" at the bottom.
