You can't delete employees because we maintain their time card records as long as you're a customer. But you can change the status of employees to inactive or terminated.
When Employees Leave
Inactivate employees if they are seasonal or will return to work for your business; the Access Code and mobile app login credentials will remain with the employee file, but inactive employees can't clock in.
Terminate employees you won't rehire. Their access codes will be removed and can be reassigned to new employees. The system also deletes their email addresses so employees can use them for other companies that use Chronotek.
To change the status of an employee who no longer works for you, go to List Maintenance, Employees, click on the employee, change the employee's current status, and save.
