In order to troubleshoot call-in issues for employees clocking in/out, our Dev team will need a few details. They can look in our logs and even go to the phone company with some details. We need to know:

The Details Needed When Employees Can't Call to Clock In

  • When they tried to call (Date and Time)

  • What phone number do they call?

  • What phone number did they call from?

  • What happens?

  • What do they hear?

Send us these details when employees have trouble calling to clock in, and we will dig deep into the matter.
