Creating and using schedules is a great idea. But schedules aren't mandatory. We make it super simple for employees to clock into the right job if they are on the Team assigned to the job.
3 Ways Employees Can Clock In If Not Scheduled
When employees do not have schedules for the day, they will see a green button that says, ‘I need to clock in.’ Click the button.
The next screen shows three possible ways for the employee to clock in.
Eligible Jobs Near Me: These are jobs within the geofence where the app tracked them. They can select any of these jobs. Of course, the employee's phone must have location services enabled.
Clock in by PIN: These jobs have a Shift Pin for employees to enter.
Locate by Scan: Employees can scan the TimeTiles™ at the job site, which pulls up a list of available jobs to clock into. See rule #5 in this article on how employees clock in.
As a reminder, the first rule is always that the employee must be on the Team assigned to the job for all scenarios.

Press the green time.
Press the green ‘clock out’ button. Confirm.
