Let's think of this the opposite way. Which jobs does the employee see? You don't want employees clocking into the wrong jobs, throwing off your budgets, and consuming your time. The Pro system ensures employees can only select the right job.
It's all about Teams
First and foremost, put people on the Team their jobs are on. The system handles most of it from there. Here is how it works:
It's easy as 1, 2, or 3
Employees see the jobs for which they are on the team and...
the job they are scheduled for
or
the job they are GPS-located at
or
the job they scanned the location TimeTile for
Or choose the Unknown job
Employees can still clock in if no jobs are listed - their clock-in shows as 'unknown job'.
These timecards must be edited with the correct job.
The moral of the story
Put people on the teams of their jobs. Then schedule, require GPS to be on, or use location TimeTiles.
