Do you know if you'll make money in six months?

You don't, and that fact is a nagging headache. What if I told you Chronotek Pro can predict your profits and losses for each job along with future overtime and travel time?

It's not too good to be true.

Let me show you.

I have four jobs at the Brionne Swim Club. And this is the revenue that I expect to make that I contracted for, and as you know, the revenue number is set in stone, but the profit number is a slippery beast.

To-date Labor Costs

The left side of the screen here shows what's happening right now with your labor costs and your hours, and this is all that most time-keeping companies can give you.

But not with Chronotek Pro.

Take a look as I slide a bit to the right.

Predicted Profits

This is the future. No one gives you the future.

On this second job at Brionne Swim Club, I'm projected to lose $609, and I will lose $609 if I don't do something about it.

What's happening? Look at this. This is the travel column. This is future travel predicted based on your schedules. You have 169 hours of travel you may not have budgeted for. You can go into your schedules, and you can fix that and put somebody on the job who doesn't have to travel so far, and you can bring this loss back to a gain.

Let's look at this other job. You're projected to make $31,247, which is great. But look at this number. You're going to lose $7577. So you're planning to make $38,000, but you're only going to make $31,000 if you don't do anything.

Predicted Travel?

But fortunately, Chronotek Pro gives you the future; again, it’s the travel beast with 304 hours to travel. You probably didn't plan for that but fix it now. You still have time. You started the job in January. It runs til next January. You can go in and fix it and bring your profit numbers back up.

Pay Rate Higher than Planned!

You also have 14 hours of overtime scheduled. Fix that, but also, this is a big factor. You budgeted it for $13.46 per hour, but you’re predicted to pay $18.14 per hour based on your schedules. Maybe you have a supervisor on schedule for that job. Go into your schedules and fix it. You can because Chronotek Pro gives you the future.

It's not magic. It's just smart.
