How do you get employees to download and install the Pro mobile app?
You can send invitations to employees by text through the mobile app or by email from your online account. Let's go through both ways.
1 - Send Employee Invitations by Text with the Mobile App

Step-by-Step Instructions on How to Send Employee Invitations for the Pro App
The admin or supervisor can send an invitation to the new employee directly via SMS text from their phone.
On the supervisor app - open Teams
Select All Members
Choose the person
Click the โInviteโ icon
Your native text app opens to send the message.
Once the employee has been onboarded successfully, the โInviteโ link will no longer appear on their employee profile.
2 - Send Employee Invitations by Email from Your Pro Online Account
When you add a new employee through the wizard, email is an optional field. This is a good option if your employee can't receive text messages. Just check the box "Send Mobile App Invitation Email."
How to Log In If You Can't Receive Text Messages
To log into the app, we use 2-factor authentication, which generally would be via a text message. However, employees who can't receive text messages would still enter their phone number on the login screen. Then, press the link "I can't receive text messages," and we will send the 6-digit access code to their email.

Click on People in the menu list
Change your view to List View (near the top right)
Check the App Registered column
Green checks indicate the employee has downloaded and registered the app
Go ahead and resend invitations to employees who have not registered for the app, just like you sent it the first time.
But it's a bit different to resend invitations via email.
How to Resend App Invitations by Email
Resending the email invitation is easy. Here's how:
Go to the People screen
Click on the employee
Click on Profile > Troubleshooting
Click "Resend" under App Registration, "Mobile App email invitation has been sent."

Note: Since the employee hasn't downloaded the app and agreed to the terms of service, the supervisor's app should be used to send the invite, as the employee hasn't had a chance to enable messaging from us yet.
