You sent employees an invitation to download the app, but did they download and register it?
There's an easy way to know.
How to Check If My Employees Downloaded the App
Click on People in the menu list
Change your view to List View (near the top right)
Check the App Registered column
Green checks indicate the employee has downloaded and registered the app
Go ahead and resend invitations to employees who have not registered the app.
