Streamline Multilingual Team Communication

Break down language barriers in your workplace by setting individual language preferences for each team member. Whether employees update their own settings or administrators manage preferences, messages are automatically translated, ensuring clear communication across your entire organization. No more copying and pasting into translation tools – messages appear directly in each person's preferred language.

Employees Can Update Their Language Settings on the Mobile App

  1. Open the Chronotek Pro app

  2. Tap "More" (bottom right)

  3. Select "My Profile"

  4. Tap "Communication"

  5. Choose preferred language

  6. Save changes

Set Employee Language Preferences From the Admin Portal

Administrators can update language preferences for team members:

  • Type the employee name in the master search box in the blue header

  • Select the employee from the results

  • Click the "Profile" tab, then "Employment Details."

  • Select a language from the System Communications dropdown

  • Save changes
