Set Communication Language Preference

Select one of 35 languages in which to receive messages.

Anyone, can change their communication language for messages the receive. No more plopping text into translation apps. With PRO, your messages will be translated into people's preferred language. (You can make the change for them too. )

Change Your Language Preference from the Mobile App

Log into the App.

At the bottom right, click on Me.

Then click on My Profile.

Select Communication. And from the dropdown choose the language you prefer. Save.

Change Someone's Language Preference For Them

Are you on the admin site? You can change the language for them.

Hey, try this... Use the System Search to get to their profile. Just type their name in that top system search box in the blue header area. Select their name from the found options.

That takes you right to their Employee Profile. Then select the Profile tab.

Next, switch to Employment Details and select their language from the drop-down box. Save.
