My Employee Forgot to Clock-in

Tell them to clock in, and simply edit the clock in time. Done!

It's 10:27 and your employee calls to tell you they forgot to clock in. (Hmmm. Your first thought is, 'Don't make it a habit.') The best thing to do is tell them to clock in - so you can get the GPS track for them. Then edit that Clock-in time. No need for a sticky note, do it now so you don't forget.

Edit Clock In Time

In this case the employee clocked in at 10:27 and we will edit the time to be 10:00 am - Save. They should clock out as usual.

Edit Audit Trail

Remember there is an audit trail of who made the changes.
