How do I change my plan or add bikes?

Switch plans, change billing, or add bikes from the Billing tab in your Studio Account.

You manage everything from the Billing tab in your Studio Account.

Where to find it

  1. Log in to studios.ciclozone.com.

  2. Open the Billing tab — you can see your current subscription plan, invoice address, and invoice recipients.

  3. Click Manage Subscription in the top right to make changes.

What you can change

  • Switch between Monthly and Annual billing.

  • Switch between Standard+Per Bike and Unlimited plans.

  • Update the number of bikes on a per-seat plan.

Monthly subscription — when changes take effect

  • Plan or bike count changes apply from next month.

  • You can start using extra bikes today — the next invoice reflects the new count.

  • The next invoice is based on the maximum number of bikes you had connected at any point during the current month.

Annual (yearly) subscription — what's different

  • Yearly is paid upfront and cannot be cancelled mid-term.

  • If you add bikes during the year, you'll be invoiced for those additional bikes for the remaining months of the annual term.
