Playlists let you save a day or week of classes and apply them again in one click. Auto Schedule fills any empty slot automatically.
Where do playlists get created? A playlist is simply a saved day (or week) of classes — there's no separate "playlist builder". So before you can save one, first fill a day with the classes you want on the Schedule page, then save that day as a playlist. See How do I schedule, change or delete a class? if you need to add classes first.
Save a day playlist
Build the day first. On the Schedule page, add the classes you want into that day's time slots. A day playlist saves whatever classes are on the day, so it needs to be filled before you save it.
Tick the checkbox next to that day.
Click Save.
Enter a name for the playlist and click Save.
Apply a day playlist
Select the target day.
Click Add Playlist → choose the playlist → Add.
Save and apply a week playlist
Build out the classes across the week first, then tick the checkbox on the left to select the whole week.
Click Save, enter a name, confirm.
To apply, click Select Playlist at the top of the schedule and choose your saved playlist.
Repeat every week
Tick Repeat every week to have the same week playlist run automatically every week.
Manage playlists
Click Manage Playlists to:
Switch between day and week playlists.
Delete playlists.
Check which playlist is currently active.
Auto Schedule empty slots
Click Settings.
Open the Studio tab.
Find Auto Scheduled Classes and select the class type.
Click Save and return to Schedule.
Empty slots from today onward are now filled automatically.
