You grant permissions per instructor on the Team tab of your Studio Control Panel. Tick the access types you want and click Save.
Permission types
Permission | What the instructor can do |
Choose | Pick their own class in slots you've assigned to them. Can transfer the slot to another team member. |
Schedule | Add, move, or cancel any class on the schedule. |
Build | Create Live classes in Class Builder. |
Upload | Publish their own Virtual classes. |
Billing | Manage subscription, invoices, payments. |
Learn | Access the CicloZone Education Portal. |
Admin | Full access plus the ability to invite new team members. |

Click the orange info mark on any permission to see a short description.
Permissions are per-studio — if an instructor teaches at multiple CicloZone studios, each studio sets its own permissions.
A studio can invite the same instructor as Admin in one location and Choose-only in another.
