Trainer Web Access lets you manage classes, build content, view your schedule, and access the Education Portal from studios.ciclozone.com.

How to get access

  1. The Studio Owner sends you a team invitation by email.

  2. Use the link in the email to create your account (or accept if you already have one).

  3. The email you use must match the one in your CicloZone app.

How to log in

  1. Switch the toggle at the top to Trainer.

  2. Enter your credentials and log in.

  3. Confirm the connected studio in the top-left corner. If you teach at multiple studios, use the studio toggle to switch.

Step 1 — Log in as Trainer

To log in, you need an account, which is created after the initial invitation from the studio. Ask the Studio Owner to send you an invitation — details are in the "Invite Trainers And Manage Team Settings" video. As an instructor, go to the login page and enter your credentials. Make sure the switch at the top is set to "Trainer".

Step 2 — Base Access

You are now logged into your trainer account and connected to the studio displayed in the top left corner. If you are a trainer at multiple studios, you can switch between them using the studio toggle. Your interface, permissions, and access depend on the "Access" granted to you by the Studio Owner. If no permissions are granted in this studio, you will see a notification at the top of the schedule and no studio classes will appear. The "Settings" tab is always accessible, where you can change your email, password, and interface language.

Step 3 — Permissions List

Now we'll explore the Trainer interface based on the access granted by the Studio Owner. The tabs available on the Trainer platform depend on the permissions assigned. The invitation process for team members is detailed in the how-to video "Invite Trainers and Manage Team Settings".

Step 4 — "Choose" Access

Let's start with "Choose" access, which lets the instructor select their own class in pre-assigned time slots.

Step 5 — "Choose" Access - Step 1

When "Choose" access is granted, the studio schedule becomes visible, highlighting the classes assigned to the trainer. With this access, the trainer can click on the assigned slots to change the class.

Step 6 — "Choose" Access - Step 2

On the left, you will find the assigned class, and on the right, you will see class library, from where you can choose another live class to teach. To learn more about the library, view the "Schedule, Change, and Delete Classes" video.

Step 7 — "Choose" Access - Live and Transfer

With the "Choose" permission, you can only modify classes within the "live" category. After making your changes, click "Save" to apply them. Additionally, you can transfer a class to another team member who is part of this studio. Simply select the team member from the drop-down list and click "Transfer."

Step 8 — "Schedule" Access

Now let's talk about "Schedule" Access, which enables editing of the studio's class schedule — adding, moving, or cancelling classes.

Step 9 — "Schedule" Access - Step 1

"Schedule" access allows you to modify all classes on the studio schedule. You can click on any class to change it.

Step 10 — "Schedule" Access - Step 2

You can schedule "Virtual," "Live," and "Freestyle" classes with yourself as the trainer or with other team members. To learn more about the library, watch the how-to video "Schedule, Change, and Delete Classes."

Step 11 — "Build" & "Upload" Access

Now let's discuss "Build" and "Upload" Access, which give entry to the Class Builder. With "Build" Access, you can create classes for "Live" sessions. With "Upload" Access, you can create and publish your own Virtual Classes. To learn more, watch the how-to video "Class Builder".

Step 12 — "Billing" Access

Next is "Billing" Access, which enables users to view and update subscription plans, invoices, and payment details. This feature is designed for accountants invited as team members or for anyone responsible for managing subscriptions.

Step 13 — "Learn" Access

"Learn" Access gives trainers entry to the "CicloZone Education Portal", which is explained in detail in a separate video.

Step 14 — "Admin" Access

"Admin" access provides complete access to all features, along with the ability to invite team members and grant them access.

Step 15 — Conclusion

We have covered all the permissions and access types that define a trainer's capabilities and interface within Trainer Web Access.
