Can I download classes for offline use?

CicloZone is cloud-based, so classes can't be downloaded — plus its short-outage tolerance.

No. CicloZone is a cloud-based platform and an internet connection is always required.

Where internet is needed

  • The studio box (CicloHub or Android TV).

  • Riders' personal devices during a Studio Ride.

  • Home riders using Home Ride or CicloTV.

Short outage tolerance

If the connection drops briefly, CicloStudio has a tolerance of about 5 minutes — the class continues and reconnects automatically if the internet comes back inside that window.

Why no offline mode?

Cloud streaming lets us:

  • Push new classes to every studio the moment they're published.

  • Keep every rider's analytics consistent across Studio, Home, and Free Ride.

  • Avoid storage and DRM management for the studio.

What if the internet is unreliable?

  • Use Ethernet for the studio box wherever possible.

  • For riders, the studio Wi-Fi is usually more stable than cellular.

  • If both Wi-Fi and screen go down entirely, the class can still run on riders' personal devices via cellular — see "Can I run a class without the studio screen?".
