Can I still run a class if the studio screen or Wi-Fi goes down?

Classes keep running through a short outage — what happens if the screen or Wi-Fi fails.

Yes. CicloZone is designed so a class keeps running even without the studio screen or studio Wi-Fi.

What happens during a short outage

  • CicloStudio has an offline tolerance of about 5 minutes.

  • The class is not exited — it pauses for the box, then resumes when the connection returns.

What happens if the screen fails entirely

  • Riders continue on their personal devices. The CicloZone app shows their Rider Dials, current zone, target RPM, and live COL.

  • Music can be played through riders' headphones via the app.

  • The instructor's Trainer Dials still work on their personal device.

  • The class effectively becomes an "Unconnected Studio" session — same data, no central screen.

Unconnected Studio mode

For studios that don't have (or don't want) a central screen, CicloZone supports a permanent Unconnected Studio deployment — every rider gets full data on their phone, every instructor gets Trainer Dials, music is delivered to headphones, and the studio runs without a TV at all.

This is unique to CicloZone — most competitors require the studio screen to deliver the class experience.
