The On-Demand Kiosk is an optional touch-screen entry point at the studio door that lets riders pick and start a class outside scheduled hours — keeping your studio active 24/7.
How it works
A touchscreen mounted at the studio entrance, connected to CicloStudio.
A rider walks in, picks a class from the available library, and starts it.
The class plays on the studio screen exactly as a scheduled class would.
Riders use the regular CicloZone app to join, with their FTP and analytics tracked.
When it's useful
Quiet hours — early morning, late evening, weekends.
Members with flexible schedules who want to ride outside the timetable.
Open-gym deployments where staff don't run every class.
How to enable
The On-Demand Kiosk is not in the base subscription by default. It depends on the studio and the terms agreed with us. Email hello@ciclozone.com to discuss whether it's right for your setup.
