If the CicloStudio app on your Android TV or CicloHub is stuck on a "connecting" screen, try these in order.

1. Restart the box

  • Unplug the CicloHub / Android TV from power.

  • Wait 30 seconds.

  • Plug it back in and wait for it to boot fully.

2. Check the internet connection

  • Open Settings → Network on the Android TV.

  • Confirm the device is connected to the internet (Ethernet preferred).

  • Run a speed test if your TV supports one — you need at least ~10 Mbps.

3. Check the system date and time

  • Open Settings → Date & time.

  • Confirm the date and time are correct for your studio's location.

  • Wrong date / time can block authentication with our cloud servers.

4. Re-pair the device

If the issue persists:

  1. Open the CicloStudio app.

  2. Look for the QR code (or open it from Settings).

  3. Scan the QR code with your phone and re-authorise the device on studios.ciclozone.com.

5. If nothing works

  • Your studio name.

  • The Android TV / CicloHub model.

  • A photo of the screen.
