Steps
Go to the login screen — either the CicloZone app or
studios.ciclozone.com.Tap or click Forgot Password.
Enter the email address linked to your account.
Check your email inbox for the password reset email.
Click the link in the email and choose a new password.
Log in with the new password.
Didn't receive the email?
Check your spam / junk folder — reset emails sometimes land there.
Confirm you're entering the same email you originally registered with.
Wait a couple of minutes and try again — emails can be delayed.
