How do I delete my CicloZone account or export my data?

Request account deletion or a copy of your data — handled within 30 days under GDPR.

You can request account deletion or a copy of your personal data at any time. We process deletion and data-export requests within 30 days, in line with UK GDPR / GDPR (and CCPA where applicable).

Rider account deletion

You have two options:

  • In the app: Open Profile → Delete my Account.

  • By email: Send a written request to support@ciclozone.com from your account email.

Rider data export

Request a copy of your personal data by emailing support@ciclozone.com from your account email. You'll receive an export within 30 days.

Health platform export

For workout data, you can also enable Apple Health or Health Connect integration in the CicloZone app — see "How do I export my rides to Apple Health or Health Connect?".

Studio account deletion or export

Studio accounts are not deleted automatically when a subscription ends. Send a written request to hello@ciclozone.com for deletion or a data export.

What happens to your ride history

  • Ride data, profile data, and analytics are retained while your account is active.

  • On deletion, associated personal data is removed in line with our retention schedule, except where local law requires longer retention (e.g. financial records for tax).

  • Leaderboard data is live only — it's not stored after a class ends, so there's nothing to delete from there.
