CicloZone keeps your data while your account is active and removes it when you delete the account.

When can data be retained longer than your account?
Where local law requires — for example, tax authorities may require us to keep invoices for several years after a Studio cancels.
Anonymised, aggregated analytics may be retained for product improvement (these can't identify you individually).
How to request deletion
Riders — open the CicloZone app → Profile → Delete my Account, or email support@ciclozone.com.
Studios — email hello@ciclozone.com in writing.
We process deletion requests within 30 days.
