CicloZone keeps your data while your account is active and removes it when you delete the account.
Retention summary
The table below shows how long CicloZone retains each type of rider and studio data:

Financial records (invoices) | Retained as long as local tax law requires (typically 6–10 years) |
When can data be retained longer than your account?
Where local law requires — for example, tax authorities may require us to keep invoices for several years after a Studio cancels.
Anonymised, aggregated analytics may be retained for product improvement (these can't identify you individually).
How to request deletion
Riders — open the CicloZone app → Profile → Delete my Account, or email hello@ciclozone.com.
Studios — email hello@ciclozone.com in writing.
We process deletion requests within 30 days.
