What is the uptime guarantee or SLA?

Why CicloZone publishes no formal uptime SLA, and what high availability means in practice.

CicloZone Studio is provided on an "as is" / "as available" basis under our Terms & Conditions. We do not publish a formal uptime SLA or guarantee uninterrupted operation.

What this means in practice

  • We aim for high availability and put significant engineering effort into it.

  • We do not contractually guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation.

  • Liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 30 days before the event giving rise to a claim, regardless of monthly or annual plan.

Why no formal SLA?

Our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure is provided by major third-party platforms (e.g. Cloudflare). Their availability indirectly affects ours, and we don't want to publish a number we can't fully control. Most studios find day-to-day reliability is excellent.

What we do offer

  • App Version History, Studio App Version History, and Web Platform Updates — linked from the website footer.

  • Email + in-app notifications for major incidents.

  • A short offline tolerance (~5 minutes) built into CicloStudio so brief outages don't break a live class.

  • The Unconnected Studio mode — classes can run on riders' phones even without a studio screen.
