If your screen has lost its link to your studio account — or you want to re-pair it in a different mode — clearing the app cache sends it back to the pairing screen so you can scan the QR code again.
Before you start
Have your CicloStudio account login ready on your phone.
Make sure the device is online (Ethernet recommended).
Clearing the cache does not delete the app or your studio account — it only unlinks this screen.
Step-by-step
On the Android TV device, open Settings.
Go to Apps → See all apps.
Select the Ciclo Studio app from the list.
Choose Clear cache.
Open Ciclo Studio again. It starts on the first screen, showing the QR code.
Choose the mode for this screen:
Hub — the main studio screen (pair this one first).
Pod Mirror — duplicates the Hub on a second screen.
Pod Leaderboard — full-screen class leaderboard on a second screen.
On your phone, scan the QR code in the bottom-right corner and log in to your CicloStudio account.
The screen is linked again — the app downloads videos and resumes your scheduled classes.
Good to know
Always pair the Hub before any Pod screens.
The pairing flow is the same one used during first-time setup — see How do I install CicloStudio on my Android TV? for the full walkthrough with screenshots.
If the app is stuck on "connecting" rather than unlinked, try a restart first — see the related article below.
Need help?
If the QR code doesn't appear or the device still won't pair, ask in the chat, or email hello@ciclozone.com with your studio account email and a photo of the screen.
