A trainer's name is changed by the trainer, not the studio. As a Studio Owner you can't edit a trainer's name from the Team list — and you don't need to delete and re-invite them to fix it. The trainer updates their name in their own profile, and it then refreshes everywhere, including for every studio that has invited them.
How the trainer changes their name
Ask the trainer to:
Sign in to their own CicloZone account.
Open Settings → Profile.
Edit their first name and last name (surname).
Click Save.
The new name updates straight away — for the trainer, and for the studios that invited them to their team.
You don't need to delete and re-invite
If a trainer's name looks wrong on your Team list, there's no need to remove and re-add them. Once the trainer updates their name in their profile (above), it refreshes on your Team list automatically.
