Finding Your Placement URL
Log in to your CitySpark admin account at admin.cityspark.com.
Go to Events > Portals > View Portals.
Select your Account ID or Portal Name to open your portal settings.
At the top of the page, you’ll see the Placement URL.
Make sure the Placement URL is correct. If it isn’t, you can update it to the correct URL.
Important: Do not include # or #! in the Placement URL.
