Finding Your Location Settings

  1. Log in to your CitySpark admin account at admin.cityspark.com.

  2. Go to Events > Portals > View Portals.

  3. Select your Account ID or Portal Name to open your portal settings.

  4. Scroll down to Location Information and select that section.

  5. The section will expand to display all of your location settings.

Location Options

Note: You cannot change any of the following settings. Please contact support@cityspark.com if you would like any of these settings adjusted.

  • Location Name: This is the location that will be displayed on your calendar. It does not need to be a specific location and can reference an area or an entire state. This tells users where you are pulling events from.

  • Center Point: This is the center point you want to use for pulling events. This must be a specific location.

  • Default Radius: This determines how far out from the center point you want to pull events. The map on the page will show you how far the selected radius covers.

  • Event Radius as Polygon: If a center point and circular radius don’t work for the area you want to cover, you can use the following instructions to draw a custom shape around the area you would like to cover. Once you have the polygon coordinates, send them to support@cityspark.com, and we’ll be happy to add them to your account.
