How to find and understand volunteer satisfaction ratings in the Activity Log.

When volunteers check out of an event using the mobile app they have the option to choose an emoji to indicate how their volunteer experience was that day.

In the Activity Log tab in the admin dashboard, admins can review these satisfaction ratings alongside check-in data. This enables admins to then check in with volunteers and dive deeper into their volunteering experience.

Here's what this looks like in the Activity Log:

When exporting this data into a .csv file these emojis will correspond with numbers in the Rating column. With a blue emoji indicating a very satisfied volunteer corresponding to a Rating of 1.
