Watch the video and follow the instructions below to learn how to delete your Mentoring Works account.
Open the Mentoring Works mobile app and choose the Settings tab at the bottom of your screen. Then click into the Login & Security section:
Click the Delete Account button at the bottom of the following page:
A box will popup asking you to confirm that you would like to delete your account. Click Proceed to move forward:
After clicking Proceed, you will be returned to the app login screen. You will see the following message as confirmation that your account has been deleted:

Deleted Data:
the user login account
Kept Data:
chat message history
profile data provided to or by mentoring organizations (name, contact information, etc.)
activity data provided to or by mentoring organizations (includes: notes, questionnaire responses, and meeting details)
Messages are retained for a minimum of 1 year for audit purposes. Activity and profile data may be retained indefinitely, but is subject to the affiliated mentoring organization's control and discretion. Users should contact their mentoring organizations separately for any requests related to activity or profile data.
