Follow along with the video above to learn about how to remove a champion.

It may become necessary to remove a champion. If such an event arises, administrators have the ability to do so.

Note: Removing a champion from your Champions tab does not delete their Civic Champs account. Only Civic Champs employees can delete an account from the system.

To remove a champion, go to the Champions tab. On the Overview sub-tab, click on the checkbox in the leftmost column of the champion you would like to remove. The buttons above the dashboard should change color. From here, click on the three vertical dots to the right of the Export button then click Remove to remove the volunteer.

A pop-up will appear, asking you to confirm that you would like to remove the champion and select the volunteer data that you would like to remove. Select the checkboxes to indicate whether you would also like to delete this volunteer's Group Memberships, Questionnaire Responses, and Historical Activity Data from your organization. You may choose to remove a volunteer from the Champions list, but save their associated data.
