If a school cannot find you via the 'Find New Teachers' feature on their profile it may be because of the following:
You may have the 'Make profile viewable to all schools' checkbox unchecked on your profile. You will need to check this box to be visible
The may need to widen their search using the distance from school drop down.
If you have checked 'I am looking for a permanent teaching role', and they are not checking this box when searching, you will not appear.
