Are you no longer using ClassCover or need to take a break? Teachers now in full time or on contract employment have two options to turn off bookings.
You can deactivate ClassCover with the option to come back in the future with all schools and profile info intact. This means you will also cease getting job alerts and won't be able to access your PD if you have a membership.
You can turn off bookings, but still have access to Jobs, get job alerts and access PD. Turning off bookings will mean you will be removed from school lists and be hidden from the teacher directory. You can switch this back on at anytime. Learn how to do this here.
How to deactivate your account
Login to your account and go to 'My Profile' (on the desktop version of ClassCover)
You will see a link with 'Deactivate My Account'
Click this link and choose a reason for deactivating
Confirm and get an email confirmation about your deactivation
If you choose to come back to ClassCover at any time, all you need to do is log back in and your information, schools and booking history will be restored.
