Why do I appear unavailable to the schools even though I have updated my availability already?

If a school is seeing a different availability on their end, there is a possibility that you have a duplicate profile. Please send us an email on support@classcover.com.au, give us a call on 1300 650 442 or use our live chat via the blue chat icon in the bottom right hand side so we can check and fix this.

To ensure that a school can see your availability correctly go to the list of 'My Schools', a list of 'Schools You Are Registered At' will appear, find the school you no longer wish to be registered at and click the ‘de-register’ button.
