We have recently released a new feature that allows schools on ClassCover to post job ads to thousands of educators.

This feature can be accessed at no additional cost to schools on ClassCover using the ClassCover Booking system.

ClassCover Jobs gives you the option to post jobs for:

  • Full time classroom teachers

  • Part time teachers

  • Contract roles

  • Job share

  • Tutors

  • Casual relief teachers (to apply to be on your booking list)

Who can post jobs from your school account?

This feature can be accessed by Relief Teacher Administrators (RTAs) and general admin users.

How to post jobs on ClassCover Jobs?

  1. Login to ClassCover on the web version (this feature is not currently available on the mobile version for schools).

  2. Navigate to the Jobs tab located in the top menu bar.

  3. Get started by clicking on 'post a job' and fill out your job details. Here you can select the job type as mentioned in the list above.

You can choose to accept applicants through the ClassCover website where you can sort and manage as they come through (shortlisted, hired, rejected), view cover letters and full teacher profiles where you can download and view attachments such as certificates and CV's.

If you choose External Website you will need to place a link to an actual application outside of ClassCover. Do not post your email address here.

  4. Once you are happy with your job ad, click 'post'.

Posting a call out for casual relief teachers to 'apply' to be on your list

When selecting 'Casual' as a job type, you will be given the option to click to add teachers directly to your list if you are happy with their application. This option is only available when you select the 'Casual' job type.

This can be used in replacement of, or alongside the 'Find Teachers' feature as just another way to build your casual relief teacher list on ClassCover.

Good to know: Teachers are not notified when selecting 'rejected', 'shortlised' and 'hired' when managing your applicants.
