With Headhunter, you gain the capability to browse through a curated shortlist of matched, local candidates and directly invite them to apply or send a message, accelerating the recruitment process and enhancing your chances of finding the perfect match for your educational roles.
How Headhunter Works
When you post a job on ClassCover Jobs, Headhunter automatically curates a list of the most suitable candidates based on specific matching criteria using the information from each job you post. This includes:
Role types
Teaching subjects
Preferred job types (full-time, part-time, contract, casual)
Year levels taught
Additionally, Headhunter prioritises candidates who are actively seeking new opportunities, as indicated by their job alert preferences, ensuring you reach the most engaged teachers.
How to Use Headhunter
Post a Job: Start by posting a job on ClassCover Jobs.
Navigate to Headhunter: Once the job is posted, go to the Headhunter page to begin inviting candidates.
Select the Job: Choose the relevant job from the dropdown menu.
View Matched Candidates: A curated list of candidates matching your criteria will appear.
Refine Your Search: Use the Refine Filters option to adjust filters and expand or narrow your search as needed.
Send Invitations:
Select the candidates you wish to invite to apply for your job. You can do this by manually selecting each candidate or by clicking the Select All box. You can send up to 50 invitations per job with Headhunter.
Once you're satisfied with your selection, click + Invite Selected. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to include a personalised message with your invitation.
Click Send Invite when you're ready to send the invitations.
Candidate Information Visibility
Headhunter provides essential details to help you determine if a candidate is a good match for the role. However, full candidate profiles are only accessible once they accept your invitation and apply for the job.
