Basic Settings
Access Organization Settings:
1. Top right corner → Settings
2. Or Settings from sidebar
3. Organization section
Configure:
- Organization Name
- Organization Logo
- Brand accent color (indigo, blue, green, red)
- Address and contact info
- Industry type
Logo Upload:
- Formats: JPG, PNG
- Max size: 2MB
- Used in bills and reports
- Optional
Color Theme:
- Indigo (default)
- Blue
- Green
- Red
- Affects all UI elements
- Dark mode support
Tax Configuration
Setting Tax Percentage:
1. Settings → Organization
2. Find "Tax Settings"
3. Enter tax percentage (0-100%)
4. Click "Save"
Tax Application:
- Applied to all job prices
- Auto-calculated in job creation
- Shown in payment modal
- Included in bill/invoice
- Example: 10% tax on 5,000 = 500 additional
Tax in Pricing:
- Base price: 5,000
- Tax (10%): 500
- Total: 5,500
Tax in Reports:
- Tracked separately
- Shown in revenue reports
- Accounting records
- Compliance reporting
Changes:
- Apply to new jobs immediately
- Historical jobs keep original tax rate
- Can modify for all future jobs
